Physicochemical Properties of Groundnut Oil Produced from Maibargo Groundnut Seed

An improved groundnut oil kneader was fabricated and used to extract from Maibargo seeds. A sample of extracted the same variety collected local processors using conventional in a rural community Kano state. The physicochemical properties two samples were investigated. Iodine value significantly higher at (p < 0.05) an (103.01 ± 0.006 g/100g) when compared that one processor (98.31 0.061). moisture content (%) (0.12 0.006) (0.02 0.00).
